You are responsible for reporting to management and the shareholder, lead structuring projects aimed at spreading a financial culture, and supervise a small team that you support in its development. Head of Controlling (M/F) For a Geneva-based company with international reach whose products are distributed on all continents and whose production is located in Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Controlling (M/F). This recruitment is part of the integration process of a small group, initially family-owned, into a publicly listed multinational. In this context of structuring and transformation, the Administrative & Financial Director wishes to strengthen his team in order to develop a finance function oriented towards performance, steering, and business support. Missions Financial Steering & FP&A • Prepare budgets, forecasts and medium-term plans. • Analyze performance and variances, formulate operational recommendations. • Act as a business partner to the management and operational teams. Group & shareholder reporting • Produce reliable, concise and decision-oriented financial reporting. • Respond to reporting requirements related to integration into a multinational group. Industrial Controlling • Manage standard costs and analyze variances. • Monitor profitability by products, markets and customers. • Deploy and monitor industrial and financial KPIs. Supervision & team development • Lead, animate and develop the skills of a small controlling team. • Organize work, define priorities and promote good financial practices. Processes & transformation projects • Structure and evolve controlling processes. • Optimize tools (ERP, BI, reporting). • Support change and strengthen the financial culture within the group. Candidate Profile • Proven experience in industrial controlling / FP&A (at least 8 years), ideally in an international environment. • Solid mastery of industrial costing and performance steering. • First experience in team supervision and project management strongly desired. • Proficiency with ERPs and reporting / BI tools. • Rigor, functional leadership, analytical mindset and business orientation. • Languages: fluent French and English.
