YOUR TASKS

• You stand alongside our surgeons in one of our six operating rooms or you are on call. With empathy, anticipation, and reliability, you assist during interventions in all disciplines, with an emphasis on orthopedics.
• You guarantee an optimal daily workflow in the operating room assigned to you and prepare the instruments as well as the sterile material for operations.
• Another important point is to ensure internal and external quality requirements, to document surgical interventions as well as the entry of services.
• You know how to maintain the important interfaces between all actors involved (notably surgeons, anesthesiologists, anesthesia staff, positioning staff, as well as sterilization staff) in order to allow for processes that are as fluid as possible for the benefit of our patients.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least one year of professional experience as a certified specialist in perioperative techniques HF as well as solid technical knowledge (affinity for orthopedics).
• You act with competence and can adapt quickly when something does not go as planned. You know how to define the right priorities quickly and under pressure, then act accordingly.
• You excel when personal commitment is required. You appreciate the initiative and support of your colleagues and are yourself ready to invest in them.
• Flexibility and availability for on-call interventions complete your profile.
