treat legislative files from a legal perspective at all stages of the process and answer legal questions related to digitization
implement and transmit legal expertise in digitization
provide advice to internal and external actors of the administration on the legal aspects of digital transformation in health
collaborate in coordination within the office and with other federal services for legal issues pertaining to the "Digitization and Law" competence center
What makes you unique
university degree in law, ideally in-depth knowledge of health law
excellent understanding of the interfaces between law and digitization; ideally, professional experience or specific qualification
sense of service and advising, precise expression
ability to work in an autonomous and structured manner
good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
