Your versatile field of activity

You are responsible for the forward-looking financial management and sustainable development of the association. You lead the budget and planning process including investment planning as well as operational multi-year planning. With meaningful reporting, financial and project controlling, you create transparency and sound decision-making bases for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors and support the implementation of strategic priorities. You also ensure the annual financial statements and effective risk management.

Furthermore, you bear overall responsibility for the strategic direction of HR and organizational development. Together with the specialist managers, you develop the HR strategy, leadership model and culture further and accompany change processes.

As a member of the Executive Board, you actively participate in the further development of the association and contribute the financial, personnel and organizational perspective to decisions. You are an appreciated sparring partner for the directorate, Executive Board and managers. In your area, you lead a team of three employees.

Your skills

You have several years of leadership experience in a finance function, ideally as a member of an Executive Board, and bring a track record in strategic HR management and organizational development. A university degree in business administration or finance or an equivalent higher education forms your professional basis. You combine your profound know-how in financial management, controlling and risk management with experience in the further development of organizations and the management of change and transformation projects.

You think entrepreneurially, analytically and in a networked manner, grasp complex issues quickly and prepare them appropriately for the target group. As an integrative leadership personality, you combine clarity with empathy. With a will to shape, implementation strength and a confident appearance, you create trust and develop sustainable solutions.

Experience in an association environment or in a comparable organization is an advantage. You communicate stylishly in German as well as well in French.
