Head Chef

For our motorway service station above Lake Walen on the A3 Zurich-Chur motorway, we are looking for a Head Chef (m/f). Our service station offers a served à la carte restaurant (120) seats, a shop and gas station. We are open daily from 06.00 to 22.00. We offer our guests fresh and creative cuisine from various breakfast variations to lunch and dinner. We are known for our Cordon bleu specialties, wild creations and our daily menus. We expect a completed professional apprenticeship as Koch EFZ, several years of experience in the kitchen, preferably as Sous-Chef or already Head Chef, but this is not a requirement.
