Director at 100%

A person of conviction, you wish to put your strategic vision and your leadership at the service of training and socio-professional integration.

Your mission and your responsibilities

• In collaboration with the general management, you participate in the definition of the site's strategy and accompany its implementation, in a demanding context marked by strong expectations in terms of innovation and continuous adaptation.
• With the extended management of the site, you lead it, in a participatory spirit conducive to the development of innovative projects.
• You supervise, motivate, and develop the site's teams and ensure a healthy and benevolent working climate.
• Based on the defined budget, you pilot the site by allocating human, financial, and logistical resources.
• In compliance with the values and guidelines of the institution, you ensure the quality of services in response to the expectations of our clients and mandators.
• In a logic of optimization and innovation, you ensure the continuous improvement of processes and ensure the relevance and evolution of the site's services and products.
• You ensure compliance with the administrative and qualitative requirements of our mandators, participate in the definition of service rates, and build a long-term relationship of trust with them.
• You contribute actively to strengthening the visibility and reputation of Orif among social, economic, and political circles.

Your profile and your skills

• You hold a recognized higher education qualification, ideally supplemented by training in business management or non-profit institution management.
• Your confirmed experience in a similar function allows you to assume a strategic position with high responsibilities.
• You justify solid experience in project management and master common IT tools.
• Dynamic and pragmatic, you possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Your strategic vision and your capacity to innovate will make the difference.
• You know how to unite teams around ambitious objectives and make decisions.
• Your listening skills, your relational intelligence, and your resistance to stress allow you to evolve serenely in a demanding environment.
• Your entrepreneurial spirit and your knowledge of the French-speaking economic fabric allow you to maintain and develop our network of partners. You know how to seize opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
