Socio-educational assistant

• Accompany people with multiple disabilities in daily life and in the specific interventions of their personalized project
• Actively participate in the animations of the living space, weekends, and leisure activities
• Be a source of proposals for activities and outings meeting the needs of the residents
• Contribute to the improvement of the quality of support and the personalized project of the residents
• Strengthen the autonomy and integration of residents into neighborhood life
• Contribute to an optimal circulation of information and the quality of links between the different professions of the institution
• Participate in the development of the Pôle Adultes
• Hold a CFC as a socio-educational assistant.
• Professional experience with people in situations of disability.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Mastery of standard IT tools.
• Swiss nationality or valid permit.
• Driver's license.

La Fondation Clair Bois is a private organization benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva.
