Your tasks: − Administrative support for the construction administration, particularly in the areas of civil engineering, municipal roads, water and wastewater supply, public infrastructure, as well as real estate − Management of data, files and documentation − Administrative clerical work as well as support for the team in day-to-day business − Writing and editing letters, correspondence and internal communications − Research work on construction and administration-related topics − Forwarding information to internal and external bodies − Receiving and handling telephone calls, providing advice and information − Creating, revising and finalizing minutes − Submitting and following up on applications with various specialist departments / authorities Your profile: − Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) − Professional experience, ideally in a public administration − Independent, reliable and structured way of working − Networked thinking as well as a solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working − Friendly, service-oriented appearance & enjoyment of contact with the population − Resilient, motivated and team-oriented personality − Good IT skills (MS Office); experience with administration software is an advantage We offer: − A varied and responsible activity with a high degree of independence − A motivated and collegial team with short decision-making paths − Modern working conditions and attractive employment conditions − The opportunity to contribute ideas and actively help shape processes − A workplace in a livable municipality with versatile tasks Further information will be gladly provided by Bauverwalterin Andrea Schär (Tel. 071 343 78 71).
