In Thalwil and Horgen, we accompany around 40 people in collective living and offer them a safe and reliable home in a small, family-like setting. At the same time, we support people outpatiently in their own homes and personal living environments within the framework of SEBE.

Whether in collective living or in outpatient accompaniment: We create reliable relationships and support people in shaping their lives as self-determined, independent, and according to their individual needs as possible. In doing so, respect, commitment, participation, and encounter at eye level are particularly important to us.

For our residents and clients, we are looking for you: a committed personality with an interest in the social sector, sensitivity, and joy in working with people. You accompany people where their everyday life takes place - individually, closely, and at eye level.

Outpatient accompaniment / SEBE - Your tasks

• You accompany our clients outreach-oriented in their personal living environment and support them in shaping their everyday life as self-determined as possible.
• You support the organization and shaping of everyday life, e.g., with household management, shopping, or administrative tasks.
• You accompany regarding health-related, social, and personal topics as well as in challenging life situations.
• You strengthen independence, self-determination, and social participation.
• You independently plan, shape, and document your agreed assignments.

Collective living - Your tasks

• You accompany our residents in daily living and support them in shaping their everyday life as self-determined as possible.
• You support with daily structure, household management, and individual concerns in everyday life.
• You accompany regarding social, personal, and health-related topics as well as in challenging situations.
• You strengthen independence, personal responsibility, and the individual resources of our residents.
• You work closely with the team and undertake agreed services reliably and responsibly.

What you bring with you:

• You enjoy working with people and encounter different life situations openly and appreciatively.
• You bring appropriate training or practical experience in the social, care, or nursing sector.
• You work independently, reliably, and responsibly and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
• You are a team player and communicative and value exchange with specialists and colleagues.
• You are flexible and can imagine assignments both in the outpatient sector and in collective living.
• You are open, willing to learn, and committed, and you want to support our clients and residents in their independence and self-determination.
