For our client - an established metal construction company - we are continuously looking for motivated assistant metalworkers; metal construction / facade fitters; for several large construction sites in the Canton of Bern. The long-term assignments include modern facade construction projects, metal assemblies, as well as work on demanding new and commercial buildings in the Bern, Biel, Thun and surrounding area. Reliable and resilient employees are sought who wish to work long-term in metal construction or facade construction

Job Description ##

• Assembly of metal facades and facade constructions made of aluminium and steel
• Support with metal construction assemblies on large construction sites
• Working on scaffolding, aerial work platforms, and facades
• General construction site work in metal construction and facade construction
• Support of assembly teams on new builds and renovations
• Full-time position Monday to Friday
• Long-term temporary assignments with the possibility of permanent employment

We expect ##

• Minimum age 18 years
• Good physical fitness and resilience
• Suitability for heights for work on facades and scaffolding
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Experience on construction sites is an advantage
• Good German language skills
• Ability to work in a team and reliability
• Resident in the Bern region or mobile
