SONNHALDE in Grüningen is an innovative nursing and care center with a focus on psychiatry in long-term care. Around 320 employees accompany about 300 residents with us on 14 wards.

For our pharmacy & laboratory, we are looking for an engaged and reliable personality who will support our pharmacy management in day-to-day business and ensure a reliable medication supply for our wards.

Your tasks

• Ordering medications as well as ensuring demand-oriented stock management and availability
• Preparing and providing the medications ordered by the wards according to the applicable internal specifications
• Coordination and communication between the pharmacy, medical staff, and wards
• Support for the pharmacy management in administrative, organizational, and operational tasks
• Ensuring readiness for use as well as organization and monitoring of the maintenance of emergency backpacks and medical devices
• Substitution in the laboratory during absences and during the holidays of the responsible employees

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Experience in medication management or in a pharmacy is an advantage
• Careful, reliable, and structured way of working
• Organizational skills and enjoyment of administrative and logistical tasks
• Sense of responsibility as well as a strong sense of quality and safety
• Enjoyment of working with different professional groups
• Good IT skills and proficient German language skills
• Discretion and an appreciative manner with residents and employees
