Your new tasks

• You take over the central control and further development of planner support for Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings Switzerland and implement the Switzerland-wide planner strategy as well as the agreed goals and priorities
• Based on this, you provide the Sales Offices with targeted strategies, processes, tools, platforms, and relevant planning aids, thereby enabling them to optimally support planning and consulting firms
• In this context, you design and coordinate training sessions, workshops, webinars, and planner events to sustainably strengthen knowledge and competencies
• In addition, you actively promote knowledge exchange and cross-divisional cooperation between Sales, Marketing, Portfolio, and technical specialist departments
• Finally, you are responsible for the definition and monitoring of suitable goals and key performance indicators to continuously ensure the effectiveness of the planner support

Your talents and experiences

• You have a technical or business administration education with further training at the level of Higher Vocational School or University of Applied Sciences or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in building automation, building technology, or a related environment
• You bring experience in sales, business development, presales, account management, or a comparable cross-functional role
• You possess a good understanding of the planner and project business and ideally know the Swiss market
• You convince through strong communication, networking, and coordination skills as well as enjoyment of cross-divisional cooperation
• Very good German and good English skills; French and Italian are an advantage
