As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking on behalf of the Board of Directors for a strong and personally convincing leadership personality as

Managing Director (female) / Managing Director (male)

Your area of responsibility Directly subordinate to the Board of Directors, you are responsible for the successful operational management of the company. Based on strategic objectives, you develop tailored marketing concepts and implement them successfully. With creative and forward-looking ideas, you develop and market the company into a sunny future. Through close cooperation with adjacent or related crowd magnets, you utilize synergies to further revitalize the tourism attraction "Untersee und Rhein". You assume responsibility for turnover and earnings and maintain intensive contact with regional and supra-regional tour operators, tourism organizations, and public transport. You represent the company externally and further expand the relationship with the public, associations, and relevant specialist committees. You conduct daily business competently, responsibly, and set the right priorities. Thanks to your entrepreneurial foresight, you ensure the forward-looking further development of the company and work with the Board of Directors to develop the necessary strategic course settings.

Your personality You are an entrepreneurially acting, quick-thinking, and convincing leadership personality. You possess the corresponding track record in the field of marketing and sales from the tourism segment. Your ability to communicate, natural authority, and the fulfillment of a role model function are character traits that distinguish you as a person. As a doer, you possess a stylish appearance and an eye for the potential of the company. You are strong in contact and communication and bring good organizational and planning skills. You possess high social competence, which allows you to successfully lead the company into the future together with your employees.
