Chef de Rang Garden Side (M/F)

Workplace: Lausanne Palace

Start date: 02-11-2026

Contract type: Fixed-Term Contract

Responsibilities

• Setting up the breakfast room (buffet, tables, equipment, products)
• Coordination with the kitchen for hot products, special orders or à la carte
• Checking cleanliness, presentation and availability of products
• Warmly welcoming customers, accompanying them and presenting the offer
• Listening to needs (specific diets, allergies, preferences)
• Managing special requests with efficiency and courtesy

Profile sought

• Confirmed experience in catering, ideally in a breakfast service in a hotel or restaurant
• Mastery of service techniques (buffet, plated, drinks)
• Knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Good level of French, professional English required (other languages appreciated)
• Acute sense of customer service
• Dynamism and reactivity
• Excellent presentation
