Requirements profile:

• Poly-mechanical vocational training with further education as a Technical Purchaser. Process specialist or similar
• Knowledge of AVOR / PPS and machining technology
• In-depth experience in handling MS Office, ERP systems
• Understanding of ISO GPS system ISO 8015, basic knowledge
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills and communication strength
• Structured way of working and good organizational skills
• Enjoyment of coordination with various internal and external contacts

Tasks:

• Holistic and active project consulting from planning to realization
• Responsible for processing customer portfolios from order intake to delivery
• Creation of production documents and parts lists after order intake
• Responsible for planning and scheduling customer orders
• Conducting technical clarifications internally and externally
• Master data maintenance and recording of new processes and articles in the ERP system (proAlpha)
• Monitoring of production processing, production progress and recalculation of current articles
