Insurance fraud back office manager 80 - 100 % Aarau | Bâle | Bellinzone | Berne | Coire | Delémont | Fribourg | Genève | La Chaux-de-Fonds | Lausanne | Lucerne | Root | Sion | Soleure | Saint Gall | Wetzikon | Winterthour | Ziegelbrücke | Zurich What you accomplish • In your capacity as a hub within the insurance fraud fighting team, you guarantee the smooth functioning of administrative procedures, from case assignment to monitoring deadlines and changes. • You compile statistics, analyze key figures, and prepare databases for internal evaluations and report preparation. • You organize meetings, events, and training sessions. • You identify potential for process optimization and digitization, and bring a particular sensitivity to AI-based tools. • From an organizational point of view, the team is based at the headquarters in Lucerne, but you can also work from another Suva site and from home office. What you bring • You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training (CFC level) or an equivalent higher education. • Your comfort with numbers and your analytical mindset are complemented by solid knowledge of the LAA/LPGA. • A native German or French speaker, you possess good knowledge of the other language (minimum B2 level). • You distinguish yourself by your rigorous work, high organizational skills, and customer orientation. • You are comfortable with IT and interested in developing in the digital field.
