In the course of its growth and the change in the energy sector, the company has commissioned us to recruit a future personality as a member of the executive management in the role of Development & Partnerships Responsible for strategic partnerships, business development, innovation, and digital transformation Your Tasks As a member of the executive management, you will lead the Development & Partnerships department and participate in defining the corporate strategy. In this key position, you will make a significant contribution to the further development of the company by strengthening relationships with strategic partners, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving innovation initiatives. You will actively monitor market developments as well as the hydropower ecosystem to identify future customer needs at an early stage and further strengthen the positioning of HYDRO. As an interface between partners, operations teams, workshops, engineering, and executive management, you will assume a connecting role. You will bring a clear vision, build long-term relationships with economic, academic, and institutional partners, and drive the development of new offerings in the areas of digitalization, operational optimization, and innovative energy solutions. Your Profile We are looking for a credible, integrative personality with a strong network who can convincingly represent the interests of HYDRO and develop sustainable solutions together with partners. Thanks to your profound experience, you are well-networked and recognized in the hydropower sector. You combine business development, strategic partnerships, and operationally-oriented innovations with a clear focus on practice. You have proven your ability to further develop business fields and successfully bring different stakeholders together. Your diplomatic skill, your pragmatism, and your ability to implement enable you to create consensus and drive projects forward in a targeted manner. You recognize opportunities, think in a solution-oriented way, and combine operational understanding with long-term strategic thinking. Very good French and German skills are essential.
