Clerk 80% - 100%, 2nd Civil Chamber of the Cour suprême

Start date: 1st November 2026 or by arrangement Workplace: Bern Do you want to participate in the development of cantonal jurisprudence and do you like drafting decisions independently? The civil chambers of the Cour suprême handle appeals and recourses according to the CPC. Your tasks As a clerk, you will deal with legal issues in the entire field of substantive and procedural civil law, but more specifically in family law. You will analyze the contested decisions and the questions that arise and autonomously draft draft decisions in consultation with the responsible judge. During hearings of the superior instance, you will draft the minutes and then draft the written considerations. You will also work for the Criminal Appeals Chamber and the Secrétariat général of the Cour suprême.
