For one of our clients, a company specializing in the transfer, relocation, and handling of industrial equipment, we are looking for an experienced industrial foreman for a permanent position in the canton of Neuchâtel.

Job Description

• Supervision and coordination of teams of movers and industrial installers
• Organization of disassembly, handling, moving, and reassembly operations of machines
• Preparation of interventions and anticipation of technical constraints
• Allocation of tasks and coordination of human and material resources
• Organization and supervision of handling and lifting operations
• Risk analysis and implementation of safety measures
• Monitoring compliance with safety procedures and instructions
• Monitoring the progress and quality of work
• Management of unforeseen events and adaptation of organization on the ground
• Coordination with clients, production managers, and technical services
• Participation in technical operations when necessary

Profile Sought

• Solid field experience in industrial transfer, heavy handling, or industrial assembly
• Experience in the disassembly, moving, and reassembly of machines or industrial equipment
• Experience in the supervision and coordination of teams
• Good knowledge of handling and lifting techniques
• Ability to effectively organize and coordinate interventions on site
• Excellent safety culture
• Natural leadership and sense of responsibility
• Ability to anticipate difficulties and manage unforeseen events
• Autonomy, rigor, and practical sense
• Good communication skills and customer orientation
• Flexibility and mobility
• Crane, aerial platform, or forklift license, an advantage
• Heavy goods vehicle license C/CE, an additional asset
