Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Lead a German-speaking team on personal, technical, and organizational levels • Plan and supervise the team's personnel resources • Assume responsibility for the collection processes for a portfolio of taxpayers and liable persons, and guarantee the correct and efficient execution of related tasks by employees • Ensure respectful and correct treatment of taxpayers and liable persons • Prepare reports, information, and statistics accurately and within the specified deadlines <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Advanced professional examination or diploma from a higher technical college in business administration or equivalent training • Several years of experience in leading employees as well as in project management and accounting • Several years of experience in the field of collection, ideally in the field of procedures related to the Federal Act on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy, as well as solid knowledge of the SAP system • Ability to negotiate, to assert oneself, and to handle heavy workloads • Good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third <br /> In a few words With your team, you will assist the Collection Division in its tasks related to the recovery of VAT, the radio and television license fee for companies, withholding tax, and stamp duties.
