Job description ###### For a project, we are looking for support in telephone customer care: - Customer identification - Assistance to customers during the migration to a new application for the E-Banking login What do you bring with you: - Swiss German or German business fluent as well as a second national language French or Italian are a must! - You can process telephone requests - You enjoy dealing and contacting people - You are used to working with a computer Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 21:00 (early or late shift) Saturday 09:00 - 13:00 (two Saturdays per month obligatory) around 42 hours per week, 8.4 hours per day Your exact deployment plan will be discussed with you separately after the start. Extension and takeover / permanent employment possible. We only consider applicants who master at least two national languages, are available for the entire period as well as during all working hours and are interested in subsequent permanent employment. An unblemished record is a prerequisite for this position. The extracts must be available at the start of work. The extracts may be a maximum of 3 months old.
