Chef de Rang

The employer is looking for a: Chef de rang (reported profession) Tasks: • organize the team to ensure excellent quality of the restaurant service • is the reference person for range management and relates to the guest in order to guarantee the best service. If requested, it is able to take orders and manage them • check the order and cleanliness of your team • coordinate the execution of the service of the assigned range/sector/task, taking care of the mise en place and organizing all the necessary material • support the activity of the Maitre in the punctual application of company procedures for oneself and for the Commis de Rang • manage the breakfast service (when requested) according to the indications of the person in charge with particular attention to the preparation and replacement of the Buffet • preparation of hot and cold dishes, preparation of the mise en place, management of orders • autonomous management of the coffee shop, clearing and restoration of tables during service and coordination of staff • possible charges and collections • manage the room service in all occasions (breakfast, snack, lunch/dinner) and related mise en place Requirements: • previous experience in similar roles and contexts (4/5 star restaurants and hotels) • language skills: Italian C2, English, German and French level B1 • team working attitude • able to manage stress and workloads • category B driver's license • self-driven Employment details: • workplace Cademario • 100% occupation • employment immediately, fixed-term until 30.11.2026 • shift work, Sunday work and holiday work • salary according to the CCNL of the hotel and restaurant sector
