Your tasks

• You are responsible for the creation, coordination, and conclusion of grid connection agreements with large customers and other grid operators
• You ensure the further development of grid connection and concession agreements
• You analyze demanding issues regarding cost bearing, cost shifting, and tariff structures in the distribution grid
• As a contact person for customers, partners, and authorities, you combine technical competence with clear and solution-oriented communication
• You coordinate the purchase and sale of distribution grids and, together with the internal specialist departments, ensure their seamless integration into the AEW grid
• You actively participate in the further development of grid processes and products and contribute your ideas to projects with customer interfaces
• You actively engage with regulatory provisions, take them into account, and advise internally and externally in this regard

Your profile

• You have a completed degree (Uni/FH) in the field of energy, electrical engineering, or business administration, or a comparable qualification
• You understand technical contexts in the power grid and can classify them within the economic and regulatory context
• You possess strong analytical understanding and are able to prepare complex facts in a way that is appropriate for the target group and comprehensible
• You negotiate confidently with different stakeholders, represent interests convincingly, and achieve sustainable solutions
• You feel confident in dealing with data and IT systems and move confidently in digital processes
• A structured, independent way of working as well as a high degree of initiative characterize you
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing round off your profile
