Your profile interests us
With the benefit of a federal diploma and at least five years of experience in a lawyer function, you combine legal expertise, a sense of advice and an understanding of business challenges. You appreciate translating complex legal questions into clear, pragmatic and directly applicable recommendations.
accurate, you demonstrate a great capacity for synthesis and effective communication. Your interpersonal skills allow you to create trusting partnerships and develop a solid network. Experience in the public service as well as knowledge of English and German represent an advantage.
We offer you
Your main missions within the legal and compliance pole
You provide your legal expertise and advise the Real Estate division, in the fields of construction law, property law and tenancy law, in particular by supporting it on the legal aspects of its development projects, in the development of relations with external service providers, in negotiations, etc.
You participate in the monitoring of real estate litigation when the procedure is entrusted to a representative and occasionally represent the Caisse in real estate litigation procedures
You contribute to the definition of a legal policy in real estate matters and propose the necessary adaptations of regulatory and contractual provisions
You participate in legal monitoring and in tracking the evolution of the legal framework in your field of activity
