To strengthen our Corporate Service team, we are looking for a reliable and committed Project Administrator 80% from January 2027 to August 2027 for our Bern location.

WHAT YOU CAN MOVE

You process orders and take care of the monthly billing of our managed customer contracts, maintain project master data and keep an eye on cost ceilings, check supplier invoices, assign them to the corresponding projects and record them, support the team with administrative tasks and take over reception tasks together with the team at the Bern location.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

Are you a winning and trustworthy personality with a high service orientation who appreciates communication and cooperation with various stakeholders?

In addition to your responsibility for all administrative matters of project administration, you bring in your flair for numbers as well as your structured and conscientious way of working.

Do you also bring the following experience?

• Commercial basic training (EFZ or other equivalent training and/or experience)
• Experience in financial accounting and/or project administration. You can acquire knowledge in project administration with us – what is important is a flair for numbers and a careful, exact way of working.
• Proficient German and very good English skills
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel. ERP knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.
• Are you prepared to perform overtime due to the workload in the first half of the month and to compensate and take your holidays in the second half of the month?
