Your Role ##

• Leading complex and demanding customer projects in the area of software development and integration of our tax solutions at our customers
• Establishing the project organization and leading project teams distributed across several locations with local or also nearshoring development teams and in close cooperation with the customer
• Defining the necessary guidelines and instruments for project execution, along the development approach and within the company specifications
• Being responsible for and representing your project both internally and in the customer's project committee
• Evaluating necessary suppliers or third-party components and conducting negotiations together with our central purchasing

Your Profile ##

• University or technical college degree in computer science or a comparable education as well as relevant professional experience including corresponding certification (e.g., HERMES, IPMA, PRINCE2)
• At least 10 years of experience as a project manager, ideally in software development in an agile environment
• Management of at least 3 projects as a responsible project manager, each with a volume of over 1 Mio. CHF with a public client
• Of these, at least 1 project according to HERMES
• Of these, at least 1 project in the area of tax administration
• Sound knowledge in taxation and a good understanding of tax collection processes
• Experience in the execution of customer projects in compliance with contractual framework conditions
• High technical, methodological, and social competence
• HERMES Advanced certification desired
• Communicative personality with high initiative and the will to make a difference
• Knowledge of agile development methods as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
• German as a native language or demonstrably at level C1
• Good English skills; further languages are an advantage
