Social Worker

The employer is looking for a:

Social Worker at 50% - 60% (reported profession)

Tasks:

• manage social counseling interviews;
• assist people in activating their rights and social benefits;
• work with the person's reference network;
• co-construct projects with people suitable to their situation, promoting autonomy in different areas of life (social, housing and work);

Essential requirements for the position:

• Bachelor of Science SUP in social work, social worker option, in the absence of SEFRI equivalence;
• previous experience with adults and in a similar position;
• good knowledge of the social context and the cantonal / federal social security system;
• driving license category: B, owner of a car;
• excellent organizational and management skills;
• excellent relational and teamwork skills;
• excellent knowledge of the Office suite (in particular Excel);
• experience and knowledge in the field of psychological distress will be considered a preferential qualification.

• salary remuneration according to the sector's CCL
