Your advantages at the Post.

We offer a fair wage, which after completion of the four-month training and depending on experience and skills, lies between CHF 68’100 and CHF 78’100. During the training, the annual basic salary is slightly below the target salary.

Vacation

We send you on 6 weeks of vacation.

Education and further training

We support you with education and further training, temporary job changes, and offer you advancement opportunities. We train and further educate drivers in our own training center.

We offer 18 weeks of fully paid maternity leave and 4 weeks of leave for the second parent. In addition, we contribute to the costs of supplementary family childcare.

Mobility offers

We offer you travel discounts (FVP) as well as attractive additional offers for family members. You only pay CHF 10 per year with PubliBike or Velospot.

PostMobil and PostFinance

This is what you can achieve.

• In the first four months, you will receive theoretical and practical driving instruction to optimally prepare you for the Category D examinations. After successfully completed examination, we will introduce you as a driver on our lines.
• After that, you are ready to go and we offer you an indefinite permanent position.
• In everyday life, you will then bring our passengers safely and punctually to their destination from Monday to Sunday on our varied regional lines.
• You are a host in our PostAutos and advise our customers on tariff and timetable questions.
• As a driver, you move much more than just your vehicle - on the road and in direct customer contact, you create positive experiences for our customers every day.

This is what you bring with you.

• You have a basic education and are ready to obtain the Category D driving license - we will cover the costs of the training!
• To obtain the Category D driving license, you bring the Category B driving license (min. 2 years) or C (min. 3 months) with you.
• Reliability is one of your strengths, and you appreciate the variety that irregular working hours (incl. Sundays and public holidays) bring.
• You have very good German skills and are proficient in handling digital devices.

During the ongoing training contract, the annual basic salary for career changers lies slightly below the target salary and will be adjusted after successful completion.
