Your tasks • Holistic support and advice for executive managements and leaders of our companies in the Romandie along the entire HR lifecycle • Responsibility for strategic and operative HR topics from recruitment to talent and succession planning to demanding personnel and leadership issues • Accompanying and implementing transformations, organizational developments as well as integrations and acquisitions • Support and coaching of leaders in labor law issues, conflict situations, separations as well as in health management • Recruitment of specialists and leaders as well as participation in filling key positions • Management of cross-departmental and cross-location HR projects and active co-design of group-wide HR initiatives • Developing HR action plans for the supported companies What you bring with you • Higher education with a focus on Human Resources, business administration, psychology or comparable field of study • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a demanding and dynamic corporate environment • Proven experience in advising executive managements and leaders in strategic and operative HR topics • Practice in change processes, organizational developments as well as in talent and performance management • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and high security in dealing with complex personnel cases • Very good French and German skills in spoken and written form Questions about the position Adrian Stuber HR Director Building Solutions \+41 58 477 27 08 We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
