Your area of responsibility

In this role, a varied and responsible activity with great creative freedom and a high degree of personal responsibility awaits you at Griesser. Instead of constantly changing construction sites, you will look after a production and infrastructure site in a long-term and sustainable manner. In doing so, you will work in a diverse technical environment consisting of production facilities, building infrastructure, energy supply, photovoltaic systems, charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, and building management systems.

• Carrying out periodic checks and inspections of electrical installations
• Maintenance, repair, and cleaning work on electrical systems
• Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly checks
• Independent analysis and rectification of malfunctions in systems and infrastructure facilities
• Monitoring electrical occupational safety in the operation as well as ensuring repeat instructions for employees
• Care and monitoring of the company's own photovoltaic system (PVA)
• Care and ensuring the availability of charging stations for electric vehicles
• Operation, monitoring, and further development of the building management system
• Cooperation in the development and implementation of energy efficiency and energy-saving measures
• Performing on-call service in 2nd-level support for fault rectification (travel time max. 30 minutes)
• Co-management of the spare parts warehouse

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as an Electrical Installer EFZ, Assembly Electrician EFZ, or comparable training
• Operations electrician permit NIV 13 or the willingness to acquire it
• Experience in the industrial maintenance of production and manufacturing systems is an advantage
• Responsible, reliable personality with entrepreneurial, networked thinking and acting
• Open, level-appropriate communication skills in German
• Team-oriented, flexible, and solution-oriented way of working
• Interest in new technologies as well as enjoyment of technical innovations
