Healthcare or Care Specialist EFZ (60-100%)

To strengthen our care team, we are looking for an engaged and responsible personality as a Healthcare or Care Specialist EFZ (60% - 100%) starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • Accompanying and supporting our residents in everyday life as well as promoting their practical life skills • Development, implementation and review of individual care planning within the framework of key worker work • Close cooperation with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies • Active participation in the further development of structures, processes and quality standards in everyday care • Careful documentation and participation in team meetings as well as specialist discussions Your profile • Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ • Experience in accompanying adults with support needs • Independent, structured and responsible way of working • High social competence, resilience as well as strong teamwork skills • Capacity for reflection and an appreciative basic attitude • Willingness to work early, late and weekend shifts • Driving license category B • Impeccable reputation (private and special criminal record certificate) • Oral French language skills are an advantage What you can look forward to • A varied and meaningful activity with a lot of creative freedom • A motivated, appreciative and collegial team • Opportunities for co-design and personal responsibility in everyday work • Individual training and further education opportunities • Modern employment conditions and attractive social benefits • Free parking and discounts on catering Have we sparked your interest?
