Skills ##

• Commercial training or equivalent, with HR specialization desired.
• Communication and advisory skills.
• Proficiency in German, French is an asset.

We are an innovative supplier of cutting-edge rotary encoders, bespoke individual solutions and customized sub-assemblies. For our committed team, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented person as an HR Generalist.

In this versatile role, you assume responsibility throughout the employee life cycle and are the interlocutor for executives as well as employees for all personnel-related matters.

Your tasks ###

Autonomous management of the entire HR cycle from entry to exit, advising and supporting executives and employees on HR topics, drafting employment contracts, certificates and other HR documents, recruitment of specialists and executives including candidate management, management of master personnel data and ensuring correct HR administration, preparation and execution of monthly payroll, development of HR processes as well as additional tasks in financial accounting.

Your profile ###

You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification, additional training in HR or equivalent or the willingness to train in this direction, a structured, autonomous and responsible way of working, good communication and advisory skills, very good knowledge of German, knowledge of French is an asset.
