For our Restaurant 8, the Premium Gold Lounge and events and banquets, we are looking for a Deputy Manager Restauration (100%) by arrangement We are looking for A service- and service-oriented personality who understands how to lead with their collegial manner and support the Manager Restauration with daily challenges and the further development of the team. Your main tasks In support of and in the absence of the Manager Restauration, you are responsible for the restoration operations, personnel planning, leadership, instruction, promotion, and support of the employees Assistance and support of the restoration team with daily tasks and processes You organize and supervise various occasions and events and ensure a smooth process. You take over the supervision of lectures in the conference rooms and organize the technical aids Your profile You have completed vocational training as a Restaurantfachfrau/-mann EFZ and have at least 3-5 years of experience in the same function You are a host with heart, passion, and competence You are ready to take on leadership responsibility and to develop yourself further You are a sympathetic, helpful, well-groomed personality with initiative and an eye for detail. You enjoy working in a small team and speak fluent German.
