• 09 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich Your responsibilities as Manager for the management of IT transformation: • IT project management: Management and coordination of optimization projects in the SimCorp Dimension environment within complex application landscapes. • Development and implementation of cloud business cases: Realization of strategic evaluations and business cases based on total cost of ownership to support decision-making by our clients' management. • Agile & traditional project management: Operational management of projects, monitoring of milestones and deliverables. Chairing of SteerCo meetings with our clients' C-level management. • Management of SLAs & suppliers: Facilitation and coordination of SLA negotiations between our clients and external suppliers. • AI: Support in the analysis and development of AI-based use cases for our clients. • Target operating model: Facilitation of the transformation of ITIL processes in incident and change management. • Regulatory transformation: Leadership of international and multicultural project teams in IT change projects while respecting strict regulatory and operational frameworks. • IT transformation management: Responsibility for the deployment and migration of complex asset management systems (including SimCorp Dimension) from on-site or IaaS infrastructures to SaaS environments. • Significant experience: Several years of demonstrable experience as a manager, IT project manager or senior business analyst, preferably with experience in the banking, asset management or financial sector. • SCD expertise: Expertise in the SimCorp Dimension environment, ideally supported by relevant certifications. • Cloud & operating models: A proven track record in managing IT transition projects and transforming IT operating models. • Methodology & tool mastery: You are familiar with agile and traditional methodologies and have several years of practical experience with Jira, Confluence or DevOps. • Technical foundation: You understand IT architectures, change management and technical solution design. You have knowledge of MS Azure, SimCorp Dimension, IT security and general cloud expertise. • Communication & stakeholder management skills: You present yourself confidently to clients and can professionally bridge the gap between business and IT. You have experience in facilitating workshops with various stakeholders and can present your arguments eloquently. You manage communication with project sponsors and our clients' management with confidence and professionalism. • Languages: You master English and can use it confidently in a professional context.
