Tasks

• Leadership, motivation and further development of a production team, including personnel planning (consisting of around 17 employees)
• Responsibility for the efficient and quality-oriented manufacturing of technical springs in the area of compression springs

Planning and monitoring of production processes to ensure smooth and on-time production

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, production specifications and work processes
• Continuous optimization of production processes to increase efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness
• Cooperation with other departments such as development, quality assurance and purchasing to ensure a smooth flow of information
• Monitoring and implementation of quality controls and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines in the Automotive sector

Requirements

• Completed technical training or comparable qualification
• Further training as an Industriemeister or several years of experience in employee leadership

Experience in dealing with modern production technologies

• Several years of professional experience in production
• Good knowledge in the area of quality control and quality assurance
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills, strong communication skills and assertiveness
