Agricultural Machinery Mechanic with CNC and Hydraulics Knowledge

Activity

• Turning (conventional 45% & CNC 45%)
• Milling (conventional 10%)
• CNC seal turning
• Drilling, honing, grinding, lapping
• Assembly & disassembly of hydraulic components, especially hydraulic cylinders
• Cleaning, refurbishing & testing of components
• Painting
• Internal workshop work, tidying up & maintenance of the machines

Requirements

• Completed vocational apprenticeship in the mechanical field
• Proficient in the area of conventional turning and milling
• Handling of clamping devices (steady rest, faceplate, etc.)
• Mastery of conventional and CNC machines
• German in spoken and written form
• Basic computer skills
• Responsible handling of machine maintenance
• Very good welding and hydraulics knowledge is an advantage
