Your Task ##

• Analysis and resolution of complex 2nd and 3rd level disturbances
• Independent optimization of existing customer systems based on current requirements
• Conception and realization of individual ICT infrastructure solutions for corporate customers
• Technical support of the presales team in proposal preparation and consulting
• Management of internal development projects for the further development of technical standards

• Several years of experience as an ICT System Engineer in a service environment
• Sound knowledge in the management and operation of modern ICT infrastructures
• Ability to independently implement customer-specific system solutions
• Experience in the analysis of customer requirements and technical concepts
• Confident handling of 2nd and 3rd level support topics
