Due to an upcoming retirement, you are offered the rare opportunity to take over a long-established and attractive client portfolio. You will build upon existing, trusting client relationships and expand them in a targeted manner.
For our branch in Burgdorf, we are looking for an experienced personality who accompanies our clients with competence, tact, and genuine advisory quality. At the same time, you will bring your experience to the team and support colleagues as a valued contact person in everyday business.

• You precisely capture the individual needs of our clients and advise them competently in the areas of investments, mortgages, and pension planning.
• You take over a client portfolio that has grown over many years and continue trusting client relationships with the same care and commitment that our clients appreciate.
• You strategically develop existing client relationships and acquire new clients through your advisory competence.
• You recognize potentials and offer solutions that create long-term value for your clients.
• You use modern advisory instruments and digital solutions in a targeted manner and support clients in their use.
• You share your knowledge and experience within the team and make an important contribution to the professional development of your colleagues.

Skills and Experience

• Commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in banking or finance
• Several years of experience in the care of private clients
• Successful experience in building, maintaining, and further developing client relationships
• Sound knowledge in the areas of investments, mortgages, and pension planning
• Enjoyment of personal client contact as well as a confident and professional appearance
• Strong service and client orientation combined with entrepreneurial thinking
• Willingness to take responsibility and share experiences with the team
• Very good German language skills
