Real Estate Manager Rental & Condominium Ownership (80–100%)

Our place of work is Bern and the properties you manage are also located in Bern and the surrounding area. For our real estate management, we are looking for an experienced personality who thinks ahead, rolls up their sleeves and wants to achieve something together with us.

WHAT YOU ACHIEVE WITH US

• Independent management of your own portfolio with rental properties and condominium ownership in Bern and the surrounding area
• Friendly and competent support of owners, tenants and condominium owners – friendly, competent and also calm even when things are heating up
• Preparation and execution of condominium owner meetings
• Rentals including viewings, contracts, acceptances and handovers and final settlements
• Coordination of maintenance, repairs, renovations and craftsmen
• Processing of damage and insurance cases
• Property accounting: annual financial statements, heating and ancillary cost statements for tenants and condominium owners, budget planning, accounts payable/receivable
• Regular object inspections – because as is well known, real estate cannot be managed solely from an office chair

WHAT YOU BRING

• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Experience with rental properties, condominium ownership and co-ownership
• Good knowledge and a solid understanding of property accounting – so numbers should not make you nervous
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in dealing with people and a professional, sympathetic appearance
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and the desire to step on the gas and make a difference
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management
• Very good German skills, other languages an advantage
• Driving license category B – unfortunately, our properties do not come to us in the office
• Confident use of MS-Office
• Experience with real estate software – ideally Immotop2
