Completed vocational training in the construction industry
Completed further training as a forewoman or foreman in road construction

Personality with strong leadership and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
German language skills, spoken and written
IT user knowledge (MS-Office, possibly SORBA)
Driver's license Cat. B
