We, from the Avertamain association, are taking a step further in terms of integration and speak of lived inclusion, and we are putting this demand into practice. The Avertamain association provides living space for people in need of support. Your tasks ### • Accompanying housing support work • Supporting our residents in coping with everyday life and implementing the agreed goals • Cooperation with authorities in matters of assigned clients • Crisis interventions, conducting conversations • Recording the individual support plan (IHP) (needs assessment for assigned clients) • Writing reports about the clients: to be handed over to KESB or social welfare offices What you bring ### • Degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Psychology, or comparable field • Several years of professional experience in the social or psychosocial field • Enthusiasm for person-centered support and social psychiatric work • Networked thinking, high social competence, reflectivity, and resilience • Completed training by the canton of Bern for IHP recording is an advantage What you can expect from us ### • The opportunity to shape the support and care of our clients in a professional and organizational way • An open, appreciative corporate culture • A committed, multidisciplinary team • Supervision • 5 weeks of vacation
