What awaits you Technical responsibility for the efficient, timely and high-quality processing of all processes in securities administration Ensuring smooth trading and issuance of shares of the Alternativen Bank Schweiz AG as well as the entire securities settlement including fee runs, sales commissions and booking of proprietary holdings Responsibility for the tax and regulatory tasks in the area of securities, in particular the annual tax statements, AIA-/FATCA- processes as well as the corresponding reports to authorities Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements (including FINFRAG, FATCA and AIA) as well as internal instructions and guidelines Process owner for the core processes of securities administration and their continuous further development with regard to quality, efficiency, compliance and customer benefit Responsibility for and further development of the Internal Control System (ICS) as well as ensuring an appropriate control landscape Developing, implementing and maintaining meaningful controlling and reporting instruments; creating reports for the management and the Board of Directors Steering and monitoring external service providers as well as ensuring a high service quality Technical support, guidance and training of colleagues Participating as a specialist in projects as well as active contribution of specialist knowledge in the further development of services, processes and systems What we expect Completed commercial training in banking, ideally with specialist further training Experience in securities management Excellent knowledge in securities settlement and securities custody as well as relevant regulatory requirements Strong communication skills paired with good assertiveness Enthusiasm for complex challenges as well as the ability to grasp essential connections High affinity for the further development of applications and the digitalization of processes Very good German skills as well as good French skills in spoken and written form is an advantage Team player, solution-oriented and winning What we offer meaningful activity in a value-based company high personal responsibility and decentralized decision-making in a sociocratic organization great flexibility regarding working hours and place of work dedicated team with colleagues who share the same values Remuneration At the ABS we have a remuneration model that ensures equal pay for equal work.
