Introduction ## For our Industrialisation Logistique service, we are looking for a Chargé de Projets (H/F) whose main missions will be the industrialization of equipment and logistical infrastructures for the Production and Commercial divisions. *Responsabilités* ## • Analyze and frame projects: collect and consolidate input data, formulate needs and define objectives with precision • Propose innovative solutions: develop concepts adapted to the fixed objectives, integrating strategic guidelines and cutting-edge technologies focused on sustainable development • Write specifications: formalize technical and functional requirements in clear and structured reference documents • Pilot the coordination of the project team: lead regular meetings, synchronize team members' actions and ensure the smooth progress of work • Manage planning and budgets: draw up schedules, ensure rigorous monitoring, establish provisional budgets and guarantee their respect throughout the project • Ensure communication and reporting: regularly inform stakeholders, hierarchical managers and concerned teams of project progress • Lead relationships with industrial partners: organize and coordinate meetings with partners to promote collaboration and achieve common objectives.   *Profil* ## • HES, EPF or equivalent engineer's degree in logistics, mechanics or microtechnology • Proven experience in project management • Experience in the field of industrial automated equipment (conveying, vision, special machines) • Experience in the field of supply chain and/or industrial logistics, an asset • Environmental or sustainable development training, a plus • Strong organizational capacity and autonomy • Relational ease, listening, synthesis and effective communication skills • Dynamism, flexibility and team spirit • Knowledge of English and/or German, an asset We offer a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, time flexibility solutions and first-class social benefits.
