RHYBOOT with various locations in the St. Galler Rheintal offers living and working spaces to around 300 adults with various impairments. The range includes residential, employment, work, integration, and training places.

starting 1 January 2027

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the needs-based accompaniment, care, and support of people with impairments
• Implementation of agogic principles
• Accompaniment within the framework of key person work
• Supporting residents in their personal development as well as promoting their self-determination
• Cooperation with relatives, legal representatives, as well as internal and external specialist agencies
• Contributing professional and life experience to individual accompaniment and care

Your profile

• Training as a Specialist in Care (FaBe) EFZ
• Practical experience in working with people with impairments
• Enjoyment of everyday accompaniment as well as nursing and domestic tasks
• High social competence as well as an appreciative and solution-oriented basic attitude
• Ability for independent thinking and purposeful action
• Good time management as well as openness to new challenges
• Resilience, teamwork skills, and flexibility
• Willingness to work irregular hours, weekend shifts, as well as on-call shifts at night
• Good IT user skills
• Driver's license category B
