Team Leader User Experience

You shape the topics. In the market -- and for the company. Your contribution to our team For our four-member UX team, we are looking for a committed leadership personality. Together with your team, you are responsible for the strategic further development of the UX field of activity in the Informatik business unit and are part of the division management. We work on demanding IT projects with social relevance. In doing so, you work interdisciplinary with software developers as well as specialists from areas such as environment, transport, security and infrastructure. In addition to project work, you actively drive the further development of our UX service offering, monitor technological trends (especially in the environment of KI) and strengthen our market position through targeted acquisition and the expansion of customer relationships. Your responsibilities include, among others: • Leadership & Team Development: Personnel and professional leadership of a UX team as well as promoting the individual further development of the employees • Strategy & Positioning: Further development and sharpening of our UX offering taking into account new technologies and market requirements • Business Development and Acquisition: Active co-responsibility in the preparation of offers, presentations and workshops as well as the establishment and maintenance of sustainable customer relationships • UX Governance: Ensuring quality, accessibility and methodological consistency across projects <br /> Your competencies <br /> • Completed studies in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Informatik, Psychology or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in the professional leadership of teams as well as in the further development of employees • Practice in complex projects (public administration and/or private sector) • Sound methodological knowledge in UX as well as confident handling of common UX tools • Very good German and English skills <br /> We are committed to the wide spectrum of topics from consulting, planning, construction, Informatik and communication.
