Tooling Design Engineer (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Production division, we are looking for a Tooling Designer (M/F) whose main mission will be to provide the manufacturing files, plans, models, and tooling necessary for the industrialization of new products, the re-industrialization of after-sales service products, and the improvement of series products in the Ceramic sector.

Responsibilities ##

• Design and provide manufacturing files, plans, models, and manufacturing and inspection tooling.
• Guarantee technical consistency between product definition, manufacturing processes, tooling, and inspection means.
• Ensure the manufacturability, maintainability, and robustness of the proposed solutions.
• Create, structure, and maintain the associated technical data in the business systems.
• Contribute to standardization, the improvement of working methods, and the capitalization of professional expertise.
• Facilitate communication and convergence between different internal and external partners.

Profile ##

• Engineering degree in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, industrialization, or methods, with an appetite for CAD, manufacturing, and production means.
• Mastery of ISO dimensioning
• General mechanical knowledge.
• Mastery of a CAD software (CREO, an asset).
• Team spirit, attentive, sociable, and approachable.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, communication ability, and autonomy.
• Analytical and synthetic spirit, rigorous, technical curiosity.
