The Regionalgericht Plessur is a court of first instance for civil and criminal law based in Chur. It includes the kantonale Zwangsmassnahmengericht as well as the Vermittleramt with the Schlichtungsbehörde für Mietsachen of the Plessur region. The workload is approximately 2‘200 cases per year (including cases of the Zwangsmassnahmengericht). The Aktuariat is currently staffed with eight people and 680 Stellenprozent and carries a significant part of the workload. We are looking for the Regionalgericht Plessur as of 01. Your area of responsibility Legal clarifications in civil and criminal law Support of the judges in the conduct of proceedings Taking minutes in court hearings and during evidence collection Drafting decisions, judgments, resolutions, and orders Furthermore, the tasks arise from the Gerichtsorganisationsgesetz (BR 173.000) What we want from you Completed legal studies in Switzerland, preferably with an Anwaltspatent Practical experience, ideally in court, in advocacy, or in public administration Structured, forward-looking, independent, and precise way of working Team-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality.
