Your tasks

• Independent setup, operation and optimization of modern CNC machining centers
• Manufacturing of precision parts according to technical drawings and quality specifications
• Monitoring and ensuring a stable and efficient production process
• Carrying out tool changes as well as measuring and testing work
• Troubleshooting minor malfunctions and performing maintenance work on the systems
• Active participation in process improvements and optimizations
• Gradual assumption of responsibility in the supervision and training of apprentices

Your profile

• Completed training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining and mechanical manufacturing
• Very good understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes
• High quality orientation as well as precise and clean working methods
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Vocational trainer certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement
