For our headquarters in Regensdorf, we are looking for reinforcement for our team, starting immediately or by arrangement, as: HR Business Partner 60-100% (m/f) What you can achieve with us * You are the competent contact person for our managers in all personnel-related matters and advise them in a solution-oriented manner. * You actively accompany change processes, reorganizations, and measures for personnel development. * You also provide advisory support to managers in demanding personnel discussions and labor law issues. * You implement HR processes in your area of responsibility professionally and continuously develop them. * Through the analysis of relevant HR key figures, you recognize the need for action and derive suitable measures. * In HR projects, you contribute your specialist expertise, develop new ideas, and help drive the further development of our HR work. What you bring for your task * Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable function * Further training as an HR-Fachfrau/-mann with eidg.
