Your Mission
Untangle processes: You analyze and optimize workflows together with the specialist departments, maintain our process landscape as well as internal regulations, and keep the continuous improvement process in motion.
Drive digitalization forward: You further develop our central company application – from requirements through conception and testing to the introduction of new functions and interfaces.
Get projects across the finish line: You take responsibility for digitalization and organizational projects, coordinate participants and milestones, and support internal project managers with method and overview.
Connect people and systems: You are the hub between specialist departments, software suppliers, and external partners, train users, and support complex processing and reporting tasks.
What you have in your luggage
Digitalization and process know-how: You bring experience in process and project management or digital transformation.
Analytics with implementation strength: You think in a structured and networked manner, prepare complex matters in an understandable way, and work independently, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious.
Communication and change skills: You advise convincingly, represent reasoned positions, and bring different stakeholders together with initiative, energy, and tact.
German at expert level: You get straight to the point in a stylistically confident manner, both orally and in writing.
